Distribution

We distribute on the territory of Romania through 6 dedicated divisions directly to the customer by taking orders from sales agents and delivering the products through our own logistics.

Over the course of our 24 years of activity, we have constantly evolved to deliver today over 4,000 items to more than 20,000 points of sale (Traditional Trade, En-gross, Cash & carry, Petrol stations, Local Key Accounts, HoReCa).

We cover with our own sales and warehouse teams with own logistics 26 counties in Romania. The sales force is made up of over 220 agents, supervisors and regional, plus colleges that provide logistical and administrative support.

We have 16 subsidiaries with sales teams and warehouses: Bacau, Onesti, Iasi, Piatra Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui, Focsani, Buzau, Bucharest, Brasov, Targu Mures, Arad, Deva, Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Baia Mare and 11 subsidiaries with sales teams only: Botosani, Galati, Braila, Harghita, Covasna, Salaj, Bistrita, Sibiu, Alba, Timis and Satu Mare.

 

TRADITIONAL TRADE DISTRIBUTION

MODERN TRADE + DEDEMAN DISTRIBUTION

In Modern Trade we are covering through following distribution:

  • Auchan and Profi with Mars products
  • Carrefour, Auchan, Cora, Real, Mega Image and Metro with Kimberly Clark products
  • Carrefour, Kaufland and Mega Image with Riunite, Maschio, Plantation, Teeling products (wines and spirits categories)

In the Dedeman network we distribute our own brand Dainty, and also: Mars, Nestle and Mondelez products.

Logistics

The entire logistics system is fully computerized, based on real-time communication of sales, stock, traceability, balances, performance indicators, etc.

The logistics capacity is represented by the 17 warehouses in the country, over 15,000 sqm of storage space, over 260 colleagues (delivery drivers, billing operators, manipulators, etc.) and 160 vehicles.

At distribution and logistics level, we benefit from three great benefits for our suppliers, regarding the distribution of newly launched products targeting different categories of customers. The sales force structure and its own logistics can quickly cover the distribution of any products in any type of customer by:

  • Common logistics
  • 6 divisions covering all types of stores (from Traditional Trade to Modern Trade and HoReCa)
  • Direct, varied and performance distribution network (van sales and pre sales)
